COMMUNITY MUSIC GROUPS

We run our sessions in 4-6 week blocks with some breaks for preparatory work and/or different projects. Please check dates with us if you would like to join or try out one of our groups – contact richard@woolpackstudios.co.uk or jennifer@woolpackstudios.co.uk to arrange your free trial session

MUSIC IS FOR EVERYONE! Our community music groups are designed to be welcoming and accessible to players/singers of all abilities. Come and try out one of our groups for free and see if you like it! We’d love to meet you. We also live stream Otley Ukulele Orchestra, Woolpack Music Social Club and Roundhay Ukulele Group via Zoom and Facebook, so you can join in wherever you are in the world. Email richard@woolpackstudios.co.uk to discuss!

You can access our group or online sessions via TeamUp, an online booking and payment system. You will need to buy a PASS for a block of sessions (best value at £7.20 per week) or a DROP IN PASS (£8.20) to access our groups. For details of how to create a TeamUp account, see below

COMING UP IN 2026…

  • Jen is starting an Extended Diploma in Singing Teacher Training and is now taking on 1-1 singing lessons. Initially she will be looking for people who wouldn’t mind their lessons being filmed as part of the assessment process, but for those who don’t want to be filmed that’s ok too… it might just be a little longer to wait!

Please register your interest in any of the above by emailing richard@woolpackstudios.co.uk or jennifer@woolpackstudios.co.uk and we will keep you updated!

You will need to create an account with TeamUp in the first instance – it’s really easy and only takes a couple of minutes. Once you have set up an account, you will need to buy a pass and register for the classes you want to attend in order to receive the Zoom link and PDFs. Here is a video explaining how to do it!
