Step back into one of the most iconic albums of all time as we play and sing our way through Revolver from start to finish, performing every track in the original running order. Whether you’re a lifelong Beatles fan or re-discovering the album for the first time in years, this is a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in these timeless songs and enjoy making music together.

You’ll receive a digital PDF songbook in advance, which can be downloaded to a tablet or iPad, or printed at home. The booklet includes ukulele and guitar chord diagrams, along with selected melodies and solos written in tablature. Printed copies are available for an additional £5.50.

All acoustic instruments are welcome. However, due to space limitations, we are unable to accommodate amplified instruments, drums or percussion.

A recording of the Zoom session will be provided afterwards.

FIND YOUR VOICE: The House Band Edition

Sunday 8 November • 3pm–6pm at Woolpack Studios
£15 includes practice videos and song sheets

Following the success of our summer Find Your Voice course, we’re bringing the idea back for a special afternoon of collaborative music making.

We’re looking for:

🎤 15 singers
🎸 5 instrumentalists

Jen will lead the singers through warm-ups and vocal exercises before rehearsing two classic songs.

At the same time, Richard will lead a small house band in learning the same two songs. After some lovely rehearsal time and, naturally, a tea and cake break, we’ll all come together and perform the songs just for ourselves!

This is aimed at singers who might:

Feel intimidated by the idea of joining a choir
Lack confidence singing with other people
Not have the capacity to commit to a weekly choir or singing group
Simply fancy an uplifting afternoon of singing!

Jen will lead singings in warming up their voices, vocal technique exercises and rehearsing the songs.

🎸 Calling all instrumentalists!

Fancy being part of our Find Your Voice House Band?

Richard will lead a small group of five instrumentalists as you learn and rehearse the same two classic songs that our singers will be working on with Jen. Once everyone is ready, we’ll bring the two groups together for a relaxed performance, just for ourselves!

It’s a great opportunity to play with other musicians, develop your ensemble skills and be part of an afternoon of collaborative music making, without the pressure of a formal gig or concert.

We’re looking for:

🎸 Rhythm guitarist
🎸 Lead guitarist
🎸 Bass player
🎹 Keyboard player
🥁 Drummer

The songs will be accessible, but you should be comfortable reading basic chord charts and using tab or standard notation where necessary. You don’t need to be an advanced player, but this session isn’t suitable for complete beginners.
